What is your shipping policy?

We are currently shipping to continental US addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped FEDEX ground, UPS Ground or Priority Mail. If you need express shipping, please email us at info@grdnbklyn.com or call us at 718.797.3628 and we will give you the best quote.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange ONLY. The item must be returned in original and unused condition and in original packaging. It must be well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Please e-mail or call 718.797.3628 for a return authorization. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable. Any refund not approved beforehand is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. Please contact us immediately.

Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact GRDN immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

What is your privacy policy?

GRDN will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order. We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.

How secure is my credit card information?

Credit card transactions are hosted by Verisign which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time we ask for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encryped. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.

When will my order by shipped?

Most items will ship within 1 or 2 days from the time you placed your order. We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to temporary out of stock items or the item is a special order.

Do you collect sales tax?

We collect 8.25% New York State sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

What if the item I want is not in stock?

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. We will notify you by e-mail the expected ship date. At that point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or have us order it for you.

A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page.
